Convenient location, close to city center and public transport. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Spacious and comfortable beds. Good English-speaking receptionist. Large rooms with aircon. Easy access to airport and main attractions. Nice breakfast included.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke excellent English, which made check-in a breeze. The room size was surprisingly spacious, both the bedroom and the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, creating a nice, cool atmosphere. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the public bus station for airport transfers and exploring the city. It was only about a 1km walk to the main attractions, which was really convenient. The breakfast spread included in the room rate was delicious and had a good variety of options.
There was just one minor issue during my stay, but it didn't affect my overall experience. On the second day, I forgot to leave my room key at the reception, so the room wasn't serviced.
